KLAIM Announces First of Its Kind Financing Solution For Medical Claims in the UAE

First of its Kind Financing Solution For Medical Claims in the UAE

DUBAI, DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, July 31, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ — KLAIM, a healthcare technology platform dedicated to making medical claim management simple and hassle-free, has just launched its new medical financing solution for the UAE market. Designed specifically for healthcare providers, this is the first-ever solution of its kind in the entire MENA region.

Rejections and delayed payments from insurance companies have always been a grave concern for healthcare providers in the UAE. Payments worth millions of dirhams remain held up and it takes up to six months to be cleared. Naturally, these delays lead to serious disruption in cash flow for healthcare providers. This is where the new financing solution from KLAIM comes in.

KLAIM healthcare receivables purchase is a financial plan that solves cash flow hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and laboratories problems resulting from outstanding insurance receivables. Thanks to advanced Healthcare analytics, the solution introduced by KLAIM allows healthcare providers to receive upfront payments for their claims within 48 hours, without waiting for their insurance companies to pay them. The company has already signed an agreement with Doctors Clinic and Diagnostic Center (DCDC) in Healthcare City to solve their medical claim payment issues and in several advanced discussions since the service was launched at the beginning of July.

“We identified that delay in the payments was a big problem when it comes to billing and payments. Traditionally banks have shied away from financing smaller institutions. We came up with this innovative solution that combines technology and finance for healthcare, to help the provider, especially the smaller ones, to keep the lights on and operate to offer the best service,” said Karim Dakki, Founder and CEO of KLAIM.

KLAIM’s new client Doctor Clinic and Diagnostic Center (DCDC) is a noted healthcare provider delivering world-class patient care and diagnostic services… Like many other healthcare providers in the region, DCDC was in a tight spot because of payment delays by insurance companies. It affected their performance as lots of time was lost following up on payments. A robust solution to this problem was essential for them to focus entirely on providing quality healthcare services.

“Solving this issue of delay in insurance payments will help us concentrate on our medical service; improve our service quality and daily performance of the customer care. At the same time, our staff will be paid on time and we will be able to concentrate more on our main business, which is medical service,” said Dr. Ahmad, the owner of the clinic DCDC.

“There is a big demand for this service in the medical field and it will help many clinics to succeed, survive, and improve at the same time. I'm sure that this will also have a significant positive impact on the entire medical service sector in Dubai,” Dr. Ahmad added.

Sally Hohnberger On Creating A Vision For Your Family

Sally Hohnberger sees a connected family as one that works together to build a strong team with everyone working together for the success of the family

Sally Hohnberger sees a connected family as one that works together to build a strong team with everyone working together for the success of the family

Sally Hohnberger believes A Mission Statement and Vision can also be translated into creating a connected family

OLATHE, , CO, USA, July 30, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ — The first thing a person does before opening or financing a new business is to create a business plan that includes a mission statement and a vision for their new venture. As an active member of Empowered Living Ministries, Sally Hohnberger believes these same principles can also be translated into creating a connected family.

Sally Hohnberger on the benefits of a family vision

What is a connected family?
Sally Hohnberger sees a connected family as one that works together to build a strong team with everyone working together for the success of the family. This means fostering bonds of trust and building a family culture that embraces honest communication and open dialogue.

A connected family will respect each individual's interests, goals, and plans. But, Sally Hohnberger also believes in the principles of Empowered Living Ministries, where a connected family will have a well-defined structure. This includes a strong foundation based on spiritual principles, and one where the parents take the role as leaders.

How to create a family vision
Sally Hohnberger describes a family vision simply and purely. It is a set of family and individual goals that are worked towards individually and collectively. This vision must take into account each member's unique personality. Where one child is very adventurous and active, another may love to read and enjoy simple outings with the family.

Without pre planning or a family vision, it may be difficult to meet the needs of these two distinct family personalities. LIkewise, each parent will also have their strengths and deficits when it comes to finances, supervision, teaching, nurturing, and much more.

So, why not sit together as a family, and separately as parents, to create a family vision. This will include hard choices such as family rules that should not be broken.

Your family vision is projected publicly
This is one of the greatest benefits of having a family vision – that is, it states to your friends, extended family, and associates your family's distinct culture, according to Sally Hohnberger. And this is accomplished without words or material possessions, but with actions.

How guests that enter your home are treated, how your children initiate friendships at school, how your family spends their spare time, and how well everyone accomplishes work and school life can all be tied back to your family's vision.

Consider the mission statement of Empowered Living Ministries, which includes this excerpt:

"It was the mission of Jesus not only to reconcile men to God, but also to empower them to live a new life. Likewise, it is our mission to direct all to a full reconciliation with God through His Son, finding there the power to live a godly life and build an empowered marriage, family, and home."

Sally Hohnberger knows there is power available from God, to all, to live a godly life. But, it doesn't come by happenstance. Take the time to create a vision for your family. Talk about it and expect everyone to live by it. Be always ready to make adjustments or follow different paths as guided by a loving Heavenly Father.

The Dentist Freedom Blueprint Podcast from Freedom Founders ® Now Available on iTunes, Android, and Spotify

One of the nation's best in dental retirement investing now has a podcast available on today's popular podcast platforms.

ROCKWALL, TEXAS, UNITED STATES, July 30, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ — Representatives with Freedom Founders today announced that its podcast called The Dentist Freedom Blueprint is now available on iTunes, Android, and Spotify.

"We're very excited about this," said Dr. David Phelps, Founder, and CEO, and spokesperson for Freedom Founders. "It’s a podcast for dentists – practice transformation and passive cash flow generation.”

Dentists can subscribe to The Dentist Freedom Blueprint Podcast for free today and listen to episodes.

Dr. Phelps explained that part of his life’s story is that he was a broke 24-year-old dental student when he convinced his dad to become his real estate partner. Dr. Phelps and his father scraped together the money to buy an old, two-story brick house at an estate sale.

“We followed a simple real estate rule: “Buy the worst house in a good neighborhood,” Dr. Phelps recalled. “I worked my fingers to the bone fixing that old house. I’ll never forget how good it felt listening to those keys jingle in my pocket. Three years later, we split $50,000.00 in capital gain profit.”

Dr. Phelps noted that he has owned dozens of rental properties since that day.

“They’ve outperformed anything I’ve invested on Wall Street ten-fold,” Dr. Phelps stressed before adding, “That’s why I believe that a deed on physical property is worth far more than a piece of paper from Wall Street.”

Dr. Phelps went on to reveal that alternative investing has been his Plan B ever since that first house he purchased back in dental school.

“It’s what kept me afloat during my daughter’s fight with cancer,” Dr. Phelps noted. “After many years of building a successful dental practice, I’ve realized that many professionals don’t have a Plan B like mine. Most of them trade time for dollars, which means they are ‘dollar rich’ but ‘time poor.’ Their careers are like running on a treadmill – they’re wearing themselves out just to stay in place. I started teaching what I’d learned. It was fun to see lives changed by freedom reborn. I sold my practice so that I could focus fully on helping people create their own personal wealth-building blueprints. That’s what I do today. I help dentists ‘get off the treadmill.’”

Leizan Capital analyses Cape Town – The New Home of Fintech Start-ups

Cape Town is home to over hundreds of fintech start-ups

, the Information Communication Technology (ICT) industry in Cape Town

The financial services sector in South Africa

CAPE TOWN, CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA, July 30, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ — Cape Town is home to over hundreds of fintech start-ups and is a up and coming fintech hub in South Africa. As we set our sights on global expansion, Leizan Capital, already incorporated in BVI, places Cape Town in one of its top picks as its business grows

Fintech Sector
Africa is a developing continent, with a rapidly expanding population and economy. This encompasses the broader tech community as well as fintech. Developing and upcoming cities in the emerging market, particularly Africa, are beginning to arise and make their presence known. With the highest number of successful Information Technology companies in Africa, Cape Town is an important centre for the industry on the continent.

South African internet users rose from 2.7 million in 2008 to 24.5 million in 2013, representing a 55 percent yearly increase. With 1 500 firms, the Information Communication Technology (ICT) industry in Cape Town is highly developed and serves as a key center within the province. Small and medium-sized innovative firms that provide ICT services such as software development, web development, and consultancy make up the majority of Cape Town's ICT sector.

The City of Cape Town has a strong ICT sector, having spent ZAR544 million in internet infrastructure as part of its broadband infrastructure initiative to date. This includes 789 kilometers of fiber-optic cable placed in the City's own duct network, which has increased the City's bandwidth by almost 3000 times.

With over 40 000 employments (more than double the total of Nairobi and Lagos combined), Cape Town is Africa's most important technological centre. The increasing number of South Africans with access to financial services and the developing middle class, as well as mobile and online banking, are boosting the growth in the finance, and business services industry.

Financial Services Sector
The financial services sector in South Africa is supported by a strong regulatory and legal framework. Both have sophisticated infrastructure and hundreds of local and international entities to support activities. This aids in the provision of a comprehensive set of solutions for a variety of industries. Commercial, retail, and merchant banking, as well as mortgage financing, insurance, investment, and asset management services, are among them. The financial services industry contributes to the growth and transformation of the South African economy by channeling savings into investment and credit.

Furthermore, the government's ambitious reform program has centered on enhancing market behavior, financial inclusion, and transformation, as well as ensuring the safety and soundness of financial institutions. Significant progress has also been made in the fight against financial crime, which will continue into 2020 and beyond to build on the significant success already made in these areas.
